Daktronics has supplied 19 new LED displays for Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego, California, according to a press release.

The stadium is home to the San Diego State University Aztecs football team and now features nearly 8,400 square feet of LED screens totaling 7.5 million pixels. The main display measures in at 3,000 square feet in Snapdragon Stadium's northwest corner opposite a slightly smaller end-zone display measuring nearly 1,350 square feet. The installation includes ribbon screens, a display outside the stadium, and the Daktronics Show Control content management software along with a content package created by Daktronics Creative Services.

"Going from a conceptual drawing to an actual stadium is always exciting with new construction, and having a good onsite team is essential," Luke Tingle, Daktronics senior project manager, said in the release. "Living local, I take great pride in San Diego getting a new stadium and our company delivering state-of-the-art displays to help bring it to life for this community."
